| How do you ship the packages? |
Stowers Swaddlers & Stationery products are usually shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). International orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders are usually shipped within the following time frames:
Stowers Swaddlers, Baby Bibs, and Gift Baskets - within one business day (24 hours).
Stationery - Most shipped within 2-5 business days unless othewise stated under Product Description (custom orders may take longer, especially around the winter holidays - order early).
Free USPS Priority Shipping Rates to US addresses only.UPS Ground, Second Day, Overnight, International and Canada rates available at time of purchase.

| How do I win a free swaddler? |

You can win a free Stowers Swaddler infant swaddling blanket by joining our mailing list. Winners are picked once month and announced here on the website.

| Are new products/fabrics/designs available? |
|
Stowers Swaddlers & Stationery knows that you want a variety of fabric patterns to select from - the patterns we have available may change from time to time. Please check back to see the new patterns and designs.

| What happens if I have a return? |
|
We want you to be overjoyed with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your selection, you may return it within 10 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
Original shipping fees and custom / personalized stationery are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and be verified with the customer service department: 1-800-724-0577 or e-mail: customerservice@StowersSwaddler.com.

| What happens if I need to cancel my order? |
|
We pride ourselves in our quick response to customer requests. In order to maintain our 24 hour response time for shipping orders, we are unable to provide a large window of time for order cancellations. We accept cancellations on non-customized products if requested within 12 hours of order placement. Custom stationery orders must be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement.
Cancellation Instructions: You may cancel your order by sending a cancellation request to CustomerService@StowersSwaddler.com within the time frame specified above. In the e-mail, please write the words: CANCEL ORDER ID "X", where "X" equals your order ID. In the body of the e-mail, please be sure to include the e-mail address that was entered in the billing section of your order. If your order is successfully cancelled, we will e-mail you a cancellation confirmation. You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped (please refer to the Return Policy above).
